ERICA N. MINGO

I graduated from Canisius College with a BA in Psychology. I matriculated at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Masters of Art in Biblical Counseling. My preferred methods of counseling are through cognitive behavioral theory and mindfulness techniques. I am a certified life coach and specialize in relationship and career coaching. I also do biblical counseling. My demographic is adults ages 18 and up.  A fun fact about myself is that I like to travel and have been to Italy, Japan, and Africa.
